PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PENGELOLAAN PEMBIAYAAN DAN RISIKO, KEMENTERIAN KEUANGAN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, transformational leadership, training on ASN performance at the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management, Ministry of Finance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey method. Random sampling technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 210 respondents, namely employees or ASN at the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management, Ministry of Finance. The data was processed using the SPSS version 23 application. The analysis tools used were the t-test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study at five percent alpha showed that motivation had a significant effect on ASN performance of 3,987, transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on ASN performance of 2,567, training had a significant effect on ASN performance of 2,638. Then motivation, transformational leadership, and training together had a significant effect on ASN performance of 86,841.
