Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the extent to which Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) affect performance, which will later affect employees in working. The dependent variable in this study is performance as measured by the level of work quality, work quantity, punctuality, independence, and commitment. While the independent variables are Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ).

The analysis was carried out using validity test analysis, reliability test, F test, t test, determination coefficient test and multiple linear regression test with the following results: Y = 4.081 + 0.338X1 + 0.240X2 + 0.219X3

With information on employee performance variables (Y), intelligence quotient variable (X1), emotional quotient (X2), and spiritual quotient (X3). The t-test analysis shows that all X variables have a significant influence on employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test analysis show that all independent variables (X) have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (Y). For the analysis of the determination coefficient, it can be seen that 83.5% of the variation in the dependent variable is explained by the 3 independent variables discussed in this study.
