PERSEPSI STAKEHOLDER TERHADAP KEADILAN DISTRIBUSI DANA DESA SUMBERHARJO KABUPATEN SLEMAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Village fund distribution is one of the important instruments in fair and sustainable village development. However, in its implementation, there are often different perceptions among stakeholders regarding the extent to which village funds are distributed fairly, transparently, and accountably. The purpose of this study is to describe stakeholder perceptions of the fairness of village fund distribution, and to identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data in the form of questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis method is in the form of frequency distribution. The results of the study showed that most stakeholders agreed that the distribution of village funds was carried out fairly (35 respondents), transparently (25 respondents), participatory (30 respondents), and accountably (28 respondents). Qualitative data supports this finding, although it also reveals concerns about limited access to information for marginalized groups and the dominance of certain groups in the decision-making process. Thus, it can be concluded that although public perception is generally positive, improvements are still needed in public communication mechanisms and community involvement so that the principle of distributive justice can be realized more evenly and inclusively.
