PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL, SOSIAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM (STUDI KASUS UMKM KOTA MEDAN)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing literacy and social capital on the performance of MSME (case study of MSME in Medan City). This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by partial tests and simultaneous tests. The calculation process used SPSS 22.0. The test results showed that digital marketing literacy and social capital had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME.
