Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Campus Mengajar Batch 7 students in improving the literacy skills of students at SMPN 10 Kota Bima. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of the study were 22 students in class 8A and 21 students in class 8B. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to literacy programs in schools. The results of the study indicate that Campus Mengajar Batch 7 plays an important role in various aspects of improving literacy, including reading assistance, developing teaching materials, facilitating literacy activities (reading corners, book discussions), and providing motivation to students. There are several challenges faced, such as limited facilities and time. This study is expected to provide input for the development of the Campus Mengajar program in the future and improving the quality of literacy in schools.
