PENGARUH GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN BIMA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Green Human Resource Management on the Work Spirit of the Environmental Service Employees of Bima Regency. The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 50 employees with a sample of Environmental Service Employees of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and T tests, processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that Green Human Resource Management (X) had a significant effect on the Work Spirit of the Environmental Service Employees of Bima Regency.
