Pelatihan Soft Skill Cepat Menguasai “Co-Fe (Microsoft Office)” Sebagai Upaya Pembekalan di Bidang Ilmu Komputer Mahasiswa Lintas Prodi di Lingkungan UNSWA

Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk membelakali ilmu di bidang komputer berupa penguasaan soft skill dalam menguasai penggunaan microsoft office, hal ini dilakukan untuk menunjang kemampuan mahasiswa sebagai modal dalam bersaing di dunia kerja. Adapun metode pemecahan masalah yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah berupa ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta praktik. Sebagai bentuk persiapan dalam kegiatan ini adalah diawali dengan pengordinasian dengan pihak LPPM di Universitas Nggusuwaru, menentukan ruangan sebagai tempat yang kondusif untuk kegiatan, penentuan narasumber, dan surat izin dari pimpinan Universitas Nggusuwaru (Unswa). Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan: (1) Kegiatan pelatihan mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan Co-Fe (Microsoft Office) ini dapat terlaksana secara profesional dan lancar, hal tersebut tidak terlepas oleh antusias dan peran aktif para peserta, (2) Peserta pelatihan memperoleh keterampilan praktis sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja. (3) Mahasiswa sebagai peserta pelatihan memperoleh keterampilan life skill sebagai modal untuk mengikuti persaingan pada era 4.0, (4) Peserta pelatihan tidak lagi asing dengan istilah-istilah komputer, yang selama ini pengalaman mereka hanya berupa istilah ataupun benda asing dan tidak dapat dioperasikan.

Researchersused a phenomenology-based qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical research design. This research is based on empirical findings and not non-empirical explanations, as a basis for information that can help the academic community towards more effective use of Facebook. Respondents are active students at UNSWA. Based on survey results and direct interviews with Facebook account users, lecturers and students. So the use of Facebook and the level of creativity of users, especially students and lecturers at Nggusuwaru University (UNSWA), are the main needs. Apart from containing creative content, it also presents information and virtual promotional and marketing events.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was carried out by going directly to the research object, namely the Nggusuwaru University environment. The results of this research are based on a qualitative design which is presented in the form of observation results and distribution of questionnaires regarding student satisfaction, as a condition for fulfilling student hopes, desires and needs. The survey conducted through the distribution of questionnaires resulted in student assessments of academic services on average in the response of Quite Satisfied and Satisfied.

This research aims to determine: 1) the influence of information technology on interest in entrepreneurship in taking entrepreneurship courses (studies in the entrepreneurship course in the informatics study program at Gnggusuwaru University). This research is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 47 informatics students. This research includes population research. Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses descriptive variable analysis, analysis prerequisite tests which include normality tests, linearity tests and homoscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing uses Multivariate Regression analysis. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be obtained: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of the use of information technology on interest in entrepreneurship studied in the entrepreneurship course in the informatics study program at Gnggusuwaru University) together. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of the use of information technology on interest in entrepreneurship (study in the entrepreneurship course of the informatics study program at Gnggusuwaru University) 3) there is a positive influence of the use of information technology on interest in entrepreneurship (study in the entrepreneurship course of the informatics study program of Ggussuwaru University).

Researchers use a qualitative approach. Public Lecture activities are attended by all students registered for courses according to the educational seminar topic and the course supervisor. This activity can provide information and understanding to lecturers and students, so that they understand and are encouraged to have the courage to take a stand in designing businesses that will be involved in the business and industrial world. As a conclusion to this research, the results obtained were that the implementation of the activities took place according to the schedule that had been jointly planned, students were very enthusiastic in participating in the entire series of activities held, and the students involved also worked enthusiastically to make this activity a success.
