PENGUATAN LITERASI DAN NUMERASI MELALUI PROGRAM KAMPUS MENGAJAR ANGKATAN 7 : STUDI KASUS DI SDN 39 RABADOMPU BARAT, KOTA BIMA
Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Campus Teaching Program Batch 7 in improving student literacy and numeracy at SDN 39 Rabadompu Barat, Bima City. The method used is a descriptive case study with 30 fifth grade students as subjects. The activity began with an analysis of school needs through facility observations, teacher interviews, and assessment of students' initial abilities using the AKM instrument. Based on these results, students designed and implemented 15 literacy, numeracy, and educational technology strengthening programs, such as reading corners, literacy huts, digital story books, math games, and training in the use of simple technology. The AKM results showed an increase in literacy scores from 58% to 75% and numeracy from 37% to 63% after the program was implemented. This success was supported by close collaboration between students, teachers, principals, and supervising lecturers. This study concludes that the integration of literacy, numeracy, and technology activities in learning has a positive impact on the motivation and learning abilities of elementary school students.
