The background of this research is based on the mismatch between graduates’ competencies and labor market demands, highlighting the need for more relevant and applicable learning approaches. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey of 95 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that practitioner involvement has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.778. Descriptively, the majority of students responded positively in terms of ease of understanding the material, learning interactivity, and relevance of the content to real-world practice. These findings suggest that practitioner involvement enhances the quality of learning, both cognitively and in terms of practical skills. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksploratif. Populasi terdiri dari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi di salah satu universitas di Indonesia, dengan sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi hijau memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku ekonomi berorientasi masyarakat mahasiswa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan koefisien regresi 0,643. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa yang lebih tinggi tentang prinsip keberlanjutan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan kesadaran lingkungan cenderung meningkatkan dukungan terhadap produk lokal, memperkuat solidaritas ekonomi, dan mendorong partisipasi dalam kegiatan ekonomi berbasis masyarakat. However, the success of this transition depends heavily on the readiness of human resources, including economics students who will become educators who will shape the next generation of environmentally literate individuals. This study aims to assess the level of understanding and attitudes of economics students towards the implementation of a green economy in Indonesian national policy. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 120 students of the Economics Education study program through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests. The results showed that the majority of respondents (72.5%) were in the "quite understanding" category regarding the concept and policies of the national green economy, while 18.3% were in the "understanding" category and 9.2% were in the "less understanding" category. Students' attitudes towards the green economy were generally positive with an average score of 3.84 out of 5. There was a significant positive correlation between the level of understanding and positive attitudes towards the green economy (r = 0.631; p < 0.01). The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 120 employees with a sample of 120 millennial generation employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, T tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the study show that Self-Efficacy (X1) has a significant effect on Work-Life Balance. Emotional Intelligence (X2) has an effect on Work-Life Balance. Work Attitude Affects Work-Life Balance and Self-Efficacy (X1).
