TEKNOLOGI NANOPARTIKEL SEBAGAI NANOCOATING PADA TENUN BIMA: ANALISIS DAMPAK PELATIHAN DAN POTENSINYA PADA MASYARAKAT TENUN
Abstract
Tenun Bima, sebagai warisan budaya yang tak ternilai, memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui sentuhan teknologi modern. Penelitian ini mengkaji teknologi nanopartikel sebagai nanocoating pada tenun Bima dan dampak pelatihan yang diberikan terhadap pemahaman serta penerapan teknologi ini dalam masyarakat. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan para pengrajin tentang nanocoating antibakteri, yang terukur dari pre-test dan post-test. Pemahaman tentang bahan dasar nanopartikel, seperti silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) dan zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs), meningkat dari 15% menjadi 82% setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, kepercayaan bahwa nanoteknologi dapat meningkatkan nilai jual produk tenun menunjukkan peningkatan dari 40% ke 93%. Analisis kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa 92% responden dari masyarakat tenun tertarik untuk menerapkan teknologi ini. Namun, adanya kendala terkait ketersediaan bahan nanopartikel dan biaya alat masih menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Pelatihan lanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah untuk mendukung akses bahan nanopartikel direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat penerapan teknologi ini. Temuan ini menyoroti potensi pasar produk seperti masker dan pasmina antibakteri, serta perlunya integrasi dengan program keberlanjutan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap teknologi ini.
