Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Berbasis Photomath untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing an inquiry learning model integrated with Photomath application in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. The background of this research is based on the need for technology-based learning innovations that are not only technical, but also have a strong pedagogical framework. The method used was quasi-experiment with pretest- posttest control group design, involving two classes X, A and B at SMAN 1 Kota Bima, each totaling 30 students. The experimental class used the Photomath application-based inquiry learning model, while the control class used conventional methods. The instrument used was a multiple choice learning outcome test given before and after treatment. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between students' learning outcomes in the experimental and control classes. These results indicate that the integration of the inquiry learning model with the Photomath application can improve concept understanding and student learning outcomes significantly. This research recommends the use of inquiry-based learning strategies and technology as an effective approach in learning mathematics.
