MEANINGFUL WORK DAN EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING PADA PEGAWAI BANK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi antara meaningful work terhadap employee well-being pada pegawai bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 110 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa P=0,000 (P<0,005), dan meaningful work menunjukkan kontribusi sebesar 43,5% terhadap employee well-being pada pegawai Bank Aceh Syariah.
